So, you want to get a little idea of who we are? We’ve decided to create this platform in order to exchange and share our experience in terms of Customer Service. To make it short, Thibault is a Contact Center and VoIP Expert and Trainer and Arnaud is a Marketing & Social Media enthousiast. We’ll also feature special guests throughout the next couple of months, so please stay tuned.
We know that you’ll be wondering why “the Fat Customer” – well that’s an easy one, a fat customer represents a customer that has a certain purchasing power and that everyone wants to help with his “weight-loss”. Unfortunately, the Fat Customer has certain standards to live up to and will not allow anyone to help him lose some of his “weight” unless he gets the perfect service. In other words, “You are not going to milk us that easily!”
Let’s put it this way, the Fat Customer aspires to become a a place anyone can come to for information about customer service and customer relations, in the broad sens that is: anything the deals with these subjects like:

- Social Media
- Call Centers
- Self-Service (through web or IVR)
- Social CRM
- Public Relations
- Social CRM
- Media Relations
- Problem Resoluiton
- etc …
and the list can continue but I guess that you get the point …
